208 Willow Place Inn

Affectionately known as "The Willow", the Willow Place Inn was built around 1820. It has been in turn the home of George Mallette, the store of FranÁois Xavier Desjardins, the boarding house of the Brasseur family, the residential hotel of the Leger family, and now a pub, dining-room and inn, owned and operated by some life-time local residents. Destroyed by fire in 1989, it was immediately rebuilt on the same plan on a slightly larger scale.
