254 Greenwood

This historical house, whose kitchen (the original home) dates back to the eighteenth century, has been bequeathed by its most recent owner, Phoebe Hyde, to Canadian Heritage of Quebec. Phoebe Hyde was the great-great-granddaughter of J. M. C. DeLesDerniers (1754-1843), who extended it after 1821 to its present length to house his family and a trading post.
